IT Account Requests

Because creating, renaming, and deleting IT accounts can be time consuming and complex AND because we wish to maintain consistent information with what HR has on file we ask that you submit your ITARF (Informaiton Technology Account Request Form) only after you have your new hire's information on file with HR.  Specifically we look to the information that is in the PayChecks HRO system before we build computer login or email accounts.  Later this process may change as we migrate to a different HR system (Ceridian).

Please use the ITARF for all instances where you are requesting a new IT Account.  The form is located with the collection of new hire document in the HR section of this site.  The form is also online at this url
