The Metro Y went live with Paylocity on August 24, 2025
This is the webclock url we have setup on staff iPads - https://webtime2.paylocity.com/WebTime/Login/WebClock

There is a Paylocity app you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The main web url to access Paylocity is https://access.paylocity.com

Staff can email our payroll team if they have issues with Paylocity (I'm not putting the email on this public facing site to prevent spam) but if you have and @metroymcas.org email address you should be able to use our Global Directory to easily find the email address for our payroll team.

Get Ready for the Paylocity Launch: Coming Soon!

All Y staff need to log on to Paylocity! This will take less than 5 minutes. More information to come on training and launch details. Get ready with these three easy steps! 

Step One. Log in to Paylocity on a Computer. It is powerful and intuitive! All Y staff are required to log in from a computer. 

On a computer from this link: https://access.paylocity.com/  

Register new user > I don't have a Registration Passcode > Follow the prompts! Company ID 332789. Use the same username you used for the app.  

Step Two. Download the Paylocity Mobile App. It is friendly and easy. The app is not required, but it is HIGHLY recommended! 

Search for "Paylocity" in the App Store. Open the app "Register User" to get started. Follow the prompts! You will be prompted to enter your DOB, SSN, and the company ID 332789. You can create any username you want. You will need to use your username in the app and desktop, so please make a note of it. The system is secure and uses your Social Security Number (SSN) to match against the SSN we have on file for you.

Step Three. Complete the "Navigate Paylocity's Mobile App" a 2-minute training video.  

Complete other assigned training as they show up in your Paylocity Tasks, either on the app or desktop version. 

Tips: 

• Do not modify your personal information in the system. It will be overwritten with the final data conversion in May.  

• There is limited history on your account right now, as we have not done the final data conversion.
